What to do if your car wash water gun is leaking?
If you encounter a leak, you should first check if the car wash gun and the water connector are securely connected, as many leaks are caused by this. If this is the case, you should reinstall them. When connecting the water gun head and the water connector, ensure that the button on the water connector is facing downwards. This will allow the three white clips to connect more tightly with the car wash gun. Then, press the water gun inwards until it clicks. After hearing a “click” sound, push the water connector back. Another “click” sound will be heard, indicating that the installation is successfully completed. It’s important to note that many people know how to install it and know to press the water gun head all the way in, but they often forget to push the water connector back. Therefore, this step must be remembered during installation.
Another situation that can cause leaks is an insecure connection between the universal connector and the faucet. If the water pressure is slightly high, they will disconnect. Solving this problem is simple. First, attach a fixing spring to the top of the faucet. After doing this, align the universal connector with the faucet and install it. It’s crucial to remember to use the fixing spring before installation, as it’s an important factor in ensuring a secure connection and preventing leaks from the car wash gun.
