What is Foam Car Wash?
Foam car wash, also known as water-wax car wash, contains abundant paint-brightening active agents in its car wash liquid, leaving the vehicle clean, sparkling, and radiant after washing. It provides a strong finish to the paint surface and is a high-end car wash liquid that is gentle on paint and hands, with a pH value of approximately 7.
It has superior dirt-removing and grime-removing capabilities, quickly and thoroughly breaking down stubborn stains, leaving the car clean without wiping. Foam car wash liquid is made from pure natural cleaning substances extracted and shaped using strict high-tech processes, then refined through concentration, expansion, granulation, and grinding technology. Its main working principle is to activate stains using active substances, thereby increasing surface tension and causing adhering substances to detach from the car’s surface, achieving a superior cleaning effect.
Foam car wash liquid does not contain phosphates or inorganic alkaline substances, is completely biodegradable, highly concentrated, dissolves quickly, is gentle on paint and hands (neutral), produces rich and stable foam, and has superior cleaning power.
How to Use a Foam Car Wash Machine
Working Principle: Utilizing high-pressure gas from an air compressor, the machine thoroughly mixes the car wash liquid with water, resulting in abundant and rich foam sprayed onto the car.
How to Use a Foam Car Wash Machine: Open the inlet valve and vent valve of the foam machine, add approximately 400ml of car wash liquid, fill with water, close the valve, connect the air compressor’s inlet pipe, and turn on the air intake switch. Once the foam pressure gauge shows 2.5kgf (25N) or higher, the machine can be used to spray foam onto the car.
Precautions: When stopping work each day, the pressure in the tank must be completely released to prevent excessive pressure from damaging the air hose and connectors.
