I. Principles of High-Pressure Water Jet Car Wash Machines

1.Configuration: A standard car wash system on the market typically includes a high-pressure air compressor, water pump, water hose, and a high-pressure water gun (often called a vehicle washing gun in professional settings).

2.High-pressure water gun: Water is drawn in by the water pump, compressed, and then flows through the water hose before being ejected through the water gun. This assembly, sometimes referred to informally as a car wash machine gun, controls the size of the water spray by controlling the flow rate of the nozzle. Multiple nozzle heads are available for replacement, thus creating the water jet. The specific setup, often considered a dedicated cleaning gun car wash solution, should be noted for its pressure limitations: the pressure used for car washing is generally no more than 8 MPa, usually controlled between 5 MPa and 6 MPa.

3.Plunger principle: Some systems have two one-way valves in opposite directions. When the plunger moves in one direction, pressure builds up in the cylinder, drawing in liquid and causing the other one-way valve to open, allowing liquid to be discharged.

4.Physical principle: This is the process of converting water from kinetic energy to potential energy.

5.Key points: The water seal performance must be good, the inlet pipe filter should be regularly maintained to prevent clogging, and the plunger head should be monitored for wear.

II. How to Use a High-Pressure Cleaning Machine

When using a high-pressure cleaning machine, safety is paramount. To ensure the user’s personal safety, always follow strict procedures and requirements when using the machine!

Method/Steps:

  1. Always wear appropriate protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, and a face mask when using the high-pressure cleaning machine.
  2. During cleaning, do not allow your hands or feet to come into contact with the nozzle of the high-pressure cleaning machine.

  3. Before using the high-pressure cleaning machine, always check that all electrical connections are functioning correctly.

  4. Regularly check the high-pressure hose for cracks and leaks, and replace any faulty parts immediately; regularly check all fluids.

  5. Use the lowest pressure possible that is sufficient to complete the cleaning task.

  6. When not using the spray gun, set the trigger to the safety lock position.

  7. Always release the pressure in the cleaning machine before disconnecting the hose.

  8. After using the high-pressure cleaning machine, remember to drain the water from the hose.

  9. Never point the spray gun at yourself or others.

  10. Before starting the equipment, be sure to carefully check and ensure that all hose connections are locked in place. Also, test the water supply and allow an appropriate amount of water to flow through the spray gun. Only after ensuring that all of the above procedures are working correctly should you connect the required cleaning nozzle to the spray gun.

11.  Furthermore, it is important not to leave the high-pressure cleaner unattended while it is in operation. This could cause environmental damage, and prolonged use of the high-pressure cleaner can damage the pump, affecting its lifespan!
