Automatic Car Wash Machines

An automatic car wash machine is a machine that uses computer-programmed procedures to automatically clean, wax, and dry wheel rims. With rapid economic development, more and more cars are entering households. This rapid increase in cars and the increasingly fast pace of life have made fully automatic car wash machines increasingly popular among car owners.

Automatic car wash machines are divided into two types: contactless automatic car wash machines and brush-type fully automatic car wash machines.

Characteristics of the Two Types

  • Contactless car wash machines rely on high-pressure water jets to complete the entire car washing process. They utilize various car wash liquids in conjunction with the washing process. Modern designs often integrate a battery operated car washer high pressure pump or a portable lithium battery car wash, making them more flexible and energy-efficient. Paired with a lithium car washing water gun or a car wash gun, these systems deliver strong water pressure while reducing water consumption.

  • Brush-type car wash machines rely on a brush-like working principle, and the brushing material is generally PE or foam. Currently, foam materials are the dominant material in the market because they do not damage the car paint.

Contactless car wash machines are also known as brushless automatic car wash machines.

Advantages

  • Lower investment.

  • Faster washing speed than manual car washes.

  • High efficiency.

Disadvantages

It’s a semi-automatic product, with the main operating steps being: washing – foaming – manual washing – washing – manual washing. This requires two manual car washing processes. Adding an extra manual step makes the car wash worker more tired. Furthermore, the machine’s simple structure significantly detracts from the overall image of the car wash shop.

Currently, contactless car wash machines can be broadly divided into two categories: frame-type and reciprocating type. The principles are roughly the same. Most contactless car wash machines currently only focus on cleaning the sides of the car. For the front and parking spaces, they are basically just moistened during the high-pressure water rinse, which doesn’t remove much dust. Of course, some car wash machines equipped with a car wash gun can solve this problem, but manual wiping is still necessary. After all, high-pressure water is definitely not as effective as a brush.
