The screen is off normally

The screen is off abnormally
If there is no response after the driving record is turned off, it means that the dash cam has encountered a malfunction. We can troubleshoot the fault by:
Check whether the power connection is loose
Check whether the dash cam line is damaged or broken.
Press the dash cam reset and restart buttons to see if the dash cam is restarted.
